Do Opposites Attract?

It is quite a catchy thing to say actually, “Opposites Attract”, until it was made into a song sang by Paula Abdul. She drives a Lexus, he rides a hummer. She parties all night, he goes to bed early. She’s vegetarian, he’s a meat person.

And the list goes on and on… different taste in movies, food, music, tv shows, drinks, hobbies, sports, favourite colour, temperature of the room, type of dog, furniture styles and how to spend our time.

Do opposites really attract? Is it good if they do? Do people really last even if they don’t have common ground?

If yes, how do couples with differences stay together for more than 40 years? Relationships are about getting our own needs met, often on an unconcious basis. In other words, we try to find someone who is complementary to us and can help us learn, heal, and grow.

The reality is, opposites do attract, but they rarely stay together. If they do manage to stay married, the relationship is usually fitful and argumentative. Dating someone who is very different - someone who may have characteristics you wish you had - may be very exciting. But this excitement won’t last long, and it won’t be a good foundation for a happy marriage. Ditch diggers don’t do well with doctors, social types aren’t happy with homebodies, and spendthrifts are always at odds with pinchpennies.

Study after study has shown that happily married couples have far more in common than they have differences. If you want the best chance of having a long and happy marriage, marry someone who’s similar to you.

Just because opposites tend not to stay together, however, it doesn’t mean you have to marry your clone to be happy. Your soul mate is not someone who is identical to you. In fact, if the two of you think and act the same in every way, you’ll probably soon get bored with each other. Here’s the secret to a long and happy marriage: marry someone who is complementary. That is, someone who has characteristics you don’t have but admire. That person is different enough to be interesting but is not truly your opposite. If you marry such person, you’ll avoid a lot of conflicts and marriage problems that may otherwise ruin your relationship.

So if you think that you and your partner are the perfect opposite, think back and maybe there are some common grounds that you both share. It could be the smallest things that you both like. Sharing the same interests is the best way for a relationship but having differences can also make the relationship interesting.

Take a look at your own relationship. Before you make any major commitments, be sure that you and your partner are in agreement over the big things. Then, viva la difference!

Wow, it's been a really long time since i've actually posted something long and with a lot of words in it. I guess it's just because of the fact that I've been bored of blogging and lazy to update and type all the sentences just so that the public could read it. However, tonight is an exception because I'm in my bed and on my laptop waiting for 12.30am, coz that's when SUPER SAVERS starts :)

Youtube is down on maintenance so I gotta wait till it starts functioning again which i hope will be soon !

Hmm i think i'm just gonna tell about my experience at Overdose the gig, which was held yesterday, since i am completely blank about what i should talk about.

Overdose is a gig that was organized by my primary school friend, Naveena. Now, she's real good in all this stuff so you can imagine that the gig wasn't horrible at all. Although the quantity of people there was quite disappointing, at least there were people! I think if I ever had a gig, the maximum amount of people who would attend would be 40 tops. Naveena's gig had obviously more people than that! And the crowd was great seeing as they were jumping, headbanging and getting wild and crazed up.

I arrived at 7-ish and I saw my friends Sandy, Joey, Brenda and Priya there. Said hi and went off when i saw some of my other friends from TTDI. Said hi to them and went back to spend my time with Sandy and the rest :) I listened to the music while waiting for Hafez for about an hour and a half? Yeah, and he finally came !

Then, spent my time with Hafez and the TTDI guys and watched them MOSH. I know it's weird, but I somehow think when guys mosh, they look funny, especially when they're moshing in a small crowd. Haha. No offence to any guys who mosh out there! I respect that you guys like to mosh, I can see that it can tend to be painful but seeing some guys, especially if they're my friends, mosh is kinda funny!

So anyway, enjoyed music again. Sat for a while then, Hafez had to go home. Said goodbye and spent time with Sandy again. Then, the concert was over and I had to go home. Took a lift from Dy's daddy and got home safely :)

All in all, it wasn't a bad night seriously. It was fun for me coz the right people came :)

ohmigoshhh its 12.37 already! i gotta call to take now! Bye!

pmr's over and i have all the time i need to do whatever i want without worrying about school. how i wish holidays could last forever.

well, as some of you know, my sister had given birth to a baby boy on the 2nd of October 2009. He's called Daymi Amni B. Mohd. Farizal and i swear, he's the cutest thing i've ever seen and his cry is the most beautiful thing i've ever heard. i'd rather sit all day listening to his cry than to attend a Celine Dion concert. i'm serious. this is him :)

on the last day of pmr, i took a trip to Bangsar and Midvalley with my two dearest friends Anis and Alisha. i hate the bus stops there, for real. there wasn't a single minute where a car/van/motorcycle/cab/passers-by would not honk or call out at us.

I went to school -____- big fucking mistake. it was super boring! thank god the attendance for 3 Cengal wasn't that bad. I went back like two hours earlier after texting my mom and telling her how boring school was :P

when i got back home, i got dressed and called Hafez. he picked me up and off we went to Times Square! met up with everyone and arief had already bought us ticks for Cosmo's World for a cheap price. I had so much fun riding the rides with my friends.

I went to Naveena's open house. it's been so long since i've seen her and it was good to see how she's doing and all :)

got back home and continued my Gossip Girl episodes. I'm not at Season 3 Episode 5 :) yes, i'm waaaaaayyy ahead of you slow pokes haha. what can i say? I AM A TRUE FAN! :D

I've recently attended a ballet concert. It was Ira's ballet concert. I went to support her. Trust me, if Ira wasn't in that concert, i wouldn't have went. But it was quite an experience. My first ballet concert experience. It was quite cool :D

Although, it wasn't how i expected it to be. I expected it to be like the ballet concert I saw on The Game Plan or Billy Elliot but it wasn't really like that. The stage and the place was all good but the performance was just okay. Well, most of them were just kids so I understood but I expected it to be less messy though.

Ira was really cute that night :) She was dressed as a card. A diamond card. Her clothes were stuffed with sponge to make her look fat and card-sized haha.

So i'll be going to KLCC tomorrow! :D Finally, my mama's taking me shopping! SHOPPING! SHOPPING! For the past two days, I was stuck at home and watching telly :( How boring.

Oh, and i'll be needing to bring my shopping list coz i've got like a list of things i need to buy and my mask, coz KLCC just known to be packed with foreigners and since H1N1's on the rise, i definitely want to take safe steps and preventing myself from getting infected :)

Let me tell you, the movie im super excited to see is New York, I Love You. Seriously, watch the trailer. You'll love it too! There's sooooo many of my fave actors in that movie like Shia LaBeouf, Orlando Bloom, Natalie Portman, Blake Lively and others too. And the song for the movie is sooo good. You should take a listen "1901 by Phoenix" hehe. its a French alternative rock band :)

I watched Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and i'm horribly disappointed. there was just too much talking, and lovey-dovey scenes. the action and suspense wasn't even there. bloody freaking Voldermort didn't even appear in the movie! i watched the movie with my mom and she practically almost fell asleep! i had to nudge coz she was slowly leaning towards me. not cool. haha.

i tried birthday present shopping today but nahh, nothing really interesting to buy. Mama promised to take me to the Curve on Sunday to get the presents. so Sunday people. i'll be at the Curve! well, most probably :)

the first day i heard michael jackson passed away, i wasn't really affected and didn't feel much pain. but after three days of watching 'A Tribute To Michael Jackson' and stories about MJ on tv, i feel sad that he's gone. he's the King Of Pop who started trends and created new dance moves. everybody wants to be like him, dress like him, dance like him. and now he's not here and its really sad to those MJ fans who really love him.

i was watching 8TV last night and they were showing MJ's last concert which was held in Bucharest. Thousands of people went to see. people were fainting, screaming, crying as shown on tv. MJ had put on one of the most energetic shows i've ever seen. although i wasnt at his concert and watching it live, watching him perform on tv made me energetic and dancing and singing along. he's a really good entertainer that's for sure.

i am now savouring the mentos in my mouth. the flavour is grape, just the way i like it :) not that the other mentos flavours aren't nice, but just not as nice..

i just came back from KLPAC. me mom, sis and I watched a play called Rozencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. The play was a comedy, so it was fun and I lauged at times. It has something to do with Hamlet. I didn't quite get the play because the people were talking really fast and in a weird slang. at times, i could see saliva spitting out from their mouths as they spoke.

the cast was mainly young and still very raw actors. there was a supporting cast though, that could act really well. she outshined everyone and made the play really interesting. her eye contact, hand gestures and expressions really attracted the audience. she was good. i clapped and cheered for her at the end of the play.

I RAN.

yes i did. i took part in the 4X100m category and i was the second runner. oh god, it has been a year since i ran in a race. the last time i ran was when i was form 1, it was a 1500m run. tiring it was.

so anyway, i wasnt sure if i could do it that day coz i didnt practice and i didnt attend maju's house practice at all throughout the year. i was just chosen to run on that day. so i was pretty nervous. i was up against a few fast runners, Pei Yi was one of them.

as i waited for the baton to fall into my hand, i got ready and watched as Chui Ling ran as fast as she could towards me. then, passed the baton. i turned, looked ahead and ran. as fast as i could, with all my might. i was in first place, but i dropped to second coz Pei Yi was obviously faster but she overran be last minute so i wasnt THAT slow :) i passed the baton to Jen and off she went.

we got last place :(

but that didnt matter anymore, coz i could run :) even after so long! im proud of myself hehe.

the adrenaline when i ran. oh, when the crowd cheered. how nice :) i wish i could do that again. no wonder anis loves running. i get it now.

gahaha, maju, hebat, kesatria and unggul. colourful!

overall, it was a fun week this week. back to school next week, what a bummer :( results! oh hell.

today, i went to anis' house to make a card for intan. alisha, fatin and erny camee. we had laughs and fooled around but we still managed to finish the card just in time before going to intan's house. we made two huge cards, and sadly, forgotten to take pictures with them :(

we hung out at intan's place after that. the rest decided to go Rasta with the guys who crashed anis' place in the afternoon. i could have gone, but i didnt want to. no mood.

it's been really bad these past few days. many nights i lack of sleep. i think about things we could have done together these past few days. i think about what i should do when you get back. i think about ways to surprise you when you get back. i think about ways to make things special when you get back. i think about what to get you as a welcome back present.

but none of the ideas are possible.

im broke. i have no idea about what to do. im not creative.
i suck. big time.

Hello there, mid-terms exams

No excitement there, trust me. I will be buried with books and lacking sleep (but that's nothing different for me). I'm still not done with my last minute study and i have plenty more to read. Again, no excitement there.

yes, its softball week. i'll be playing on thursday so i'll be needing all the luck i can get :D

today, after school, i took a cab to SMK Bandar Utama and watched the under 18 girls kick ass in the second round. yeahh, they played really well when i arrived. and our coach looked so cute today! she and her small sized body. Maxine carried her upside down which proves how small sized she is. Haha.

Valerie made this huge card saying "SAYA GARANG OKAY" which is what our coach normally says during practices. but she's not garang one bit.

after softball, we took a cab to One Utama and window shopped for a while. then, went back to school before 5.

Don't worry. My blog's not dead yet coz here's an update! :D

The reason that I've been away from blogger and not blogging was because I had no time, no interest and better things to do. And since I've limited my time using the computer, i figured that blogging takes up a lot of time and i can't really do anything else after that.

But now, i've nothing much to do online, so i decided to blog. and since a few people have been saying my blog is dead and please update, i decided to prove them that my blog isn't dead and please them with an update :)

Well, this past few weeks, i made a few trips to One Utama and Curve with my dear friends. I did a little shopping for myself for i was in deep need of new things. I felt so heartbroken looking at my closet which was filled with clothes and accessories that i was sick of wearing and looking at.

This was on the C3 Competition Day.

And I apologize to Alynna and Mae for not making the Minimytez reunion dinner happen. We have to plan it another time and make sure everyone comes :D

This was after erm, shit i forgot.

Oh, after softball.

Haha, the day we ran from Curve to One U and got all wet because of the unexpected rain and embarrassed ourselves in the public toilet at One U (drying our hair at the hand dryer, embarrassing) :P

And this was One Utama after Maulidur Rasul.

Dania, Erny i wanna see the other photos especially the photos of us wearing our tudungs and sweating in them! Haha, ohemmmgeee, the dewan was like one free and unwanted sauna :P

This week, i spent almost RM100 bucks already. I gotta start saving againnnn! And maybe get a part time job? Oh god, me? Working? A part time job? Pfft, I can't even finish the simple homeworks teachers give me. But money's urgent right now, so call me if you see a "WAITRESS WANTED" sign or something.

David Archuleta was a few kilometres away from my house. Why didn't i stalk him? Why didn't i wait for him outside of Sri Kdu? Why didn't i wait for him? Why didn't anyone remind me that he was going to Sri Kdu that day? Why? WHY?

I would have ran in front of his limo, stopped the limo, get him out of the limo and propose to him! :D

I just felt like posting this photo. How i miss our 'study groups' :P

I went to Curve today and watched He's Just Not That Into You and it was a good movie. Funny as well.

Then, we had to take a cab back to school coz of softball practice. But it rained so we only practiced for a while.

I reunited with my old school friends. Yeayyy, it was so great.

I met my lovely friends i was close to before and new people as well.

Sandy, you ran really well. it doesn't matter if you got second place for all the events, you still did great and i bet you run 100 times faster than me :)

After saying goodbye to everyone and giving goodbye hugs, i headed home to Sandy's house. We played this game called Sing Star which was really fun. I enjoyed it.

Then, after that, picked Sandra up and headed to One Utama. First person we met there was Ashley! And ooooooooooooooomg, her little brother and sister were so cute. They looked like younger versions of Ashley.

Their cheeks were so chubby. I felt like pinching them. Haha.

We had lunch at Charms. At first, we were all jakun and wanted to sit at the swings place. But we found it hard to reach our food so we shifted to the table with stools. Much more comfortable :)

We walked around and wanted to get T-Shirts for the three of us but nothing attracted our eyes.

So, we watched a movie! A sucky one. It's called Marley and Me.

Then, Dra Dy Najat and I went to Old Town Kopitiam and had drinks. Suren came to join us.

I decided to join Dat, Junwei, E-way, Mae, Ameer, Jing, Weng Wai, Dang and Ersyad at TGI Fridays instead.

jump off a building than running the merentas desa again today. oh hell, it was frigging tiring. my legs kept on getting weaker and weaker by the minute, saying second would just be over exaggerating :P

at first i was running with fatin and danika. then danika and i left fatin behind and i ran with danika. then i left danika behind and i ran with adele. and then i left adele behind then i ran with alisha. then i left alisha behind and i then i ran alone until the end.

i got 18th place. not bad right, for a girl who hasn't jogged for - a while ;)

after everyone finished their run, a few of us went to Kelana Jaya and wasted time there. it was quite boring. we intended to swim but the place only opens at 2 and we were already there at 12.50. so one whole hour, sitting at the park, listening to music, fooling around.

in the end, alisha adlin and i went home at 2. we didn't even get to dip our legs in the pool let alone see the pool. -___-

such a waste of time. next time i'm only going if you guys plan properly.

now, im safely home. and i'm exhausted. i think once i lay down on my bed later, i'll straight away fall asleep.

wish me luck tomorrow, coz i'll be facing bad muscle aches. :S

I felt so British yesterday. Why?

Because I watched two British movies in one day. London to Brighton and Green Street Hooligans.

London to Brighton.

-Great acting. The girl who acted as Georgiana in ATAPS was in that movie and omg, she acted so well.

Green Street Hooligans.

-Nice story line. It's about football so it was interesting. Good acting as well :D

After dinner, my family and I went to the DVD shop where we were known as a regular customer. Haha, yes, we frequently go and buy DVDs there. :p

Anyway, we got a lot of those top latest movies which i can't wait to watch.

We drove back home and immediately put on the DVD Slumdog Millionaire, the movie which might win Best Picture in the Academy Awards.

At first I disagreed that they should win but after I watched to movie, OMG it was so good.

100% interesting.

i had a good sleep today :) skipped school, awesome rest, woke up late.

i told my mom i had a headache and i didn't feel so well. called up alisha and told her not to pick me up, then went back to my comfy bed.

i thought everything was all good until my dad came back from work in the evening. he heard that i skipped school and was sorta angry.

now, a new rule has been set.

NO PHONES WHEN ALREADY IN BED. :/

so now, im like completely gonna lose contact to the world. it's like, no internet and no phone. what next?

i can just say goodbye to midnight phone calls and sleep *homggg* early.

since i'm a light sleeper, im not looking forward to sleeping early.

i hope my papa forgets the whole new rule and i can have my phone back! :DDDD

Wow, today was really fun. I spent my whole day outdoors :D

That rarely happens now. So to do it all of a sudden was a blast.

I went to One Utama's Rooftop and played futsal with my family. It was loads of fun. Today made me realize that my family isn't as bad as i thought and that actually, they're really a whole lot fun to enjoy your time with

I got my futsal skills back on track today. Yes, it's been SOOOOOOOOOOOO long. I don't even remember the last time i played futsal.

Well, maybe on Xbox i did play Fifa 09 (when i should have been looking for points for debate) but not out in the field.

Hafez, Irfan, Zack and Alisha came but i didn't really talk to Alisha.

Hahaha, just said hi :P

I met Marin (finally) and Aryana today. They were playing at the court next to us. Chatted with them a bit and yeah, made friends :P

A few Maluri people were there too.

Oh and Hafez was so sibuk wanting to salam my parents -______- poyo je. hahha.

Anyway, I was supposed to go to Pavi actually coz i had plans. I was really upset that i couldn't go at first but i dont feel upset anymore after the fun i had with my family. :D

Around 6.30 we went back to my place to have another match of PING PONG.

Haha, gila competitive my family :p

We played until 8.45p.m and stopped for dinner. I don't think the match is over yet however. I bet they'll continue later or maybe start a new match of XBOX. who knows?

I can't believe it myself. 100 posts! Finally. I was wondering when this day would actually come. Now it has and I'm feeling normal, i guess? Well, I am amazed with all the hardwork and effort I put in this blog but big deal, 100th post? Pfft. Who cares? :P

My back aches. I'm thinking its from all the bending over I did while doing my homework. Yes, 3 Cengal has made me do HOMEWORK. I have no idea how.

I guess it's the people in the class who influence me to be a more - hardworking person.

I know I was complaining a hell of a lot of times about how i hated 3 Cengal but now I come to realize that 3 Cengal isn't that bad. In fact, it's really fun once you get used to it.

Kinda nerdy? Yeah, i guess you can say that. But big deal, the people in the class are awesome and that's enough for me.

So yeah, I'm happy in 3 Cengal. :)

I got a cold! It's been so long since I've had one and I'm kinda happy about getting it.

I guess my body's immune system's too strong. :P

How I got my cold?

It was from DANIKA! D: She and her sis had a cold yesterday and I guess I caught it from her. But thank god for the cold, I got to skip school baby! hahah.

And omg, do not lepak with D when she has a cold. HAHAHAHA.

Anyway, yesterday after school I had a really bad stomach ache. I stayed back at D's place together with F for Hebat practice which was later on and which we did not go to.

We talked like damn a lot and everyone had something to say and so we laughed a lot as well.

I wanted to go online since it's been a while since I had so we used D's laptop to go on. F who was studying stopped and went online as well.

We started stalking people, checked out their profiles and certain people's profiles :P

And those certain people's profiles made us laugh like crazy. Hahahha.

Then, my mom wanted to fetch me and I totally forgot to tell her to pick me up and D's house so she waited at the school.

She came early which made me feel even more guilty!

She picked me up at D's place and when I got in the car she started yelling at me and lecturing and lecturing.

As a 'punishment' I can't stay back anyone's house the next time i need to stay back which isn't that bad.

Anyway, yesterday was a great day, well for me.

We had Program Maju Diri and we didn't study at all! We did like some activities and it helped us decide what stream to take next year and it helped decide our future or smth?

Astrid sat beside me the whole day yesterday and OMG we never stopped laughing! Hahahah. Oh god, we kept on cracking up jokes which made us laugh and which made my stomach ache hurt even more! But I couldn't help it, it was so damn funny.

Hahah, without her, i bet that whole awesome day yesterday would be just a normal day for me.

And i can't find Talladega Nights dear :S

Morning school has made me sleepy and tired all day long. I sleep late and I wake up early, that's not fair. While my friends are on hyper-mode, as usual, I'm either yawning away or not talking as much as I normally do.

I can never really sleep early. I kind of have this weird fear of sleeping early. Yes, a fear. I have no idea why. I shouldn't be scared to sleep early and yet I am. Everything I think about sleeping early, I would start getting scared. How freaking weird huh?

Ohmygosh, I miss my mom terribly. I so desperately need her to come back from China. Why did she have to go away at this time of the week? I'm really confused if she wouldn't mind fetching and sending me back and forth for my koko activities. I bet she definitely would do. So, I really don't know what activities I should choose and maybe not attending some to make it easier for her because I definitely wouldn't want to burden her at any point. But I have a feeling that I just might.

And the tuitions I have to attend will make her rush here and there. I'm car-pooling now but I think I might go back to riding the bus again -_-

Okay, first of all I would like to wish everyone

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2009 baby! :D

It is 1.1.09 today. It's already a new year. How fast huh? I still remember last year's new years eve and the day we moved into our new house very well as if it were yesterday.

And all the 2008 memories almost seems like it was just last week.

Well, I'm looking forward to 2009. I wonder what's going to happen this year now that we're form 3.

More drama? More fun? More stress? More friends?

I really can't wait. Hehe.

Anyway, I spent my new year's eve at home :P

It wasn't how I expected I would celebrate new year's eve because I already made plans to celebrate it at The Curve with my friends. I was already allowed to leave the house and come home at God knows what time but my parents took back their promise to let me go and locked me up at home :(

I was really angry. I locked myself in my room for an hour or so. I spoke to Fatin and she told me to have fun with my family and forgive them so I took her advice and watched the fireworks with them from the roof of my house.

I realized it was really stupid of me to get angry at them over a simple matter. So what if I couldn't celebrate with my friends at the hottest spot called The Curve? I should be thankful to have a family who still wants to celebrate with me even if I was infuriated with them.

Silly me once I've got to thinking.

So yeah, my new year's was just nice. :)

The night before, I karaoke-ed from 10.00pm till 1.30 hahhaha.

It was great. Abg Ejal booked a room at Red Box, The Curve. It was sort of a last minute plan. I quickly got dressed and we all headed down to The Curve to sing! :P

We sang like hundreds and hundreds of song and made use of the night to sing our hearts out. Oh, so much fun.

My niece sang all those High School Musical songs. Haha. Kids.

Since it's a new year, I have to make new resolutions. I've written down a few of my new year resolutions but I'm not quite sure whether I'll stick to them. :P

I feel like adding more resolutions like save money for uni but do you really think I would? I doubt I would. Haha.

Oh, to those who I promised I would go to The Curve. I'm sorry I didn't make it. I really wanted to but yeah I have to respect the parents. Happy new year to you gay asses by the way. Heeee.

Woah I worked for like 2 hours trying to figure out how to change my blog skin and editing it. Sadly, I'm still not done yet.
It's 3.20 in the morning and I really think I should be getting my beauty sleep soon. Tomorrow I'll be waking up early in the morning to practice my swings at the driving range. I think my golfing skills will be a little rusty after not playing for so long but as if I were any good last time. Boleh tahan lah my golf skills :P

And if I have the time, I'll try get my exercise books tomorrow with you okay, Anis? Hopefully I'll be buying them tomorrow. We'll see.

Last but not least, before I log out from blogger and shut down the computer I would like to say, I'm pretty proud of myself with what I did to this blog. I finished watching the season 2 of Brothers and Sisters already yesterday! Kevin's married to Scotty! Aww, so sweet :D

I watched two whole movies yesterday when I was stuck at home. I chose to be stuck at home because I got tired walking around The Curve the other day. Anyways, I put on Wild Child and Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging (which I've seen more than twice) in the Dvd player and enjoyed the movie.

Wild Child, not as good as ATAPS hahah ataps. :P Because one things for sure, the guys is ATAPS are totally sexier ;)
Wild Child's Alex Pettyfer isn't as hot as I thought he would be. Haha.

Ah, a blog post!

I recently decided to write a story. :O shocking? haha. well, what's more shocking is that last time, I usually spend my past times writing stories. It was sort of a hobby of mine. But later on, I lost my interest in writing stories and moved on to other hobbies. And now, I'm back to having my writing stories habit. :D

Well, I recently came back from Cherating. Yes, I have been there sooooooooo many freaking times. However, that place is still a lot of fun. The beach keeps on taking my breath away. The food keeps on satisfying me and the people there are simply friendly.

-Wednesday-

Lepaked with a few people and I was the only girl. People said I'm GATAL. :/ But I don't think so. Haha. Sadly, I didn't have my camera with me to take pictures. :(((

I watched Twilight! :DDD Finally.. Aaron and Dat told me they've seen it three times! I feel so left behind. Anyway, I thought Twilight (don't get mad girls) sucked big time. Edward Cullen, NOT HOT. The way those two weird lovebirds, Edward and Bella talk is so awkward. It's like they don't want to talk to each other but they still do. And the movie is super sloooooooooow. Like, everything is not important and yet they show it which made the movie boring and slow. The movie is romantic however. So if you wanna go make out in the cinema, I think Twilight's the best movie to do so.

Then, after the movie, we got hungry so we lepak at Jetty.

-Friday-

I went to One U to support Ira in her Princess Competition. She did pretty well. She looked exactly like Snow White and she was oh-so-pretty and cute! Hehe. I'm gna watch her performance again on the laptop later. Just so adorable to see! :DD

I met Fez there. We walked around for a while because I had to get away from that freakshow competition for a while. Some of the little girls were too overdressed! There were those wearing thick make-up, fake eyelashes and wigs! C'mon, they're still kids. It's just a small children's competition. Why you trying too hard to win? It makes me annoyed to see kids forced to be "beautiful" when they already are as innocent little people.

Ngee, i hate adults these days. :/

I watched Bolt 3D yesterday at One Utama :P
BOLT IS CUTE! Hehe. His begging face made we go awww... in the cinema. I think I might have a crush on that dog. He's just too adorable to resist.
And that hamster reminds me of something :)

Anyway, a lot of people were at One Utama yesterday surprisingly. I saw Dang and Sandra. Dang practically shouted my name out while I was on the escalator going down and I waved at him. Haha.
I met Sandra at Vincci. I was trying on this shoe and she said HI. I thought she was the salesgirl and I said HI back and I almost asked for my shoes size when I realized it was actually Sandra. :P I'm so embarrassed.
Apparently, Anis and Alisha were there too. We were like seconds away from meeting each other. Haha.

I'm going to Cherating. Again. :(

I'm meeting Sandy, Tykah and Marin today! :D
Fatimmmm, maybe next time yr parents will let you go, yeah? And I can't wait for next time. Haha.

My bodoh friends and I went to Times Square today to celebrate the ever so beautiful Anis' birthday! :D
And oooohhhhmaaaagooooddd, the rides there would make you puke!
Well, I wanted to. The rides keeps on spinning and it doesn't stop and when you're thinking that it's about to stop, it starts spinning again. Like whatthehell right? -_-

I needed a panadol bad.

The only thing I didn't do was went in the HAUNTED HOUSE :P
Yes, I admit, I'm a wimp.
But, -
No excuses. hahah.
I'm confirmed a wimp. A girl who's scared of people pretending to be ghosts. Or as Hafez had said,

"Don't be scared Ellis. Their just people wearing MESK,"

Which made me laugh and kacau him later on like crazy. Muahahah.

We didn't take much pictures today because I was too lazy to bring my bulky plus huge cam. My bag would be one fat bag if I forced my cam in.
Danika brought hers but we didn't take much pictures coz she left her cam in the locker. Maximum pictures we took were like ten? Yeah, not so sure.

When we got bored and there was nothing else to ride, we decided to go on the merry-go-round! :D The last time we did was at Sunway. Hahah. Such childish behaviours we got.

Hafez, Dat, Zack, Alisha and I went on this kiddy train that took us to glow-in-the-dark caves. Our teeth were glowing in the dark and Hafez and Alisha's shirts glowed in the dark as well.

Oh, and Fez belanja-ed us COTTON CANDY! :) Thanks noob.

Come and Take My Hand

It's been quite a long time since I've posted a truly long post. I have to admit that I have no more interest in blogging.

The reason I'm blogging now is because boredom strikes.

Well, as you all know, I just came back from Sabah. I swam swam and swam until I'm super dark! :P Nyeehh, at least I had a great time.

I shopped like crazy there. The shopping there is great. There's like an outdoor type of mall where the shops are something like The Street and The Curve, but the shops are all those big brands types instead of all those small stalls.

Things there are quite expensive but still, it was a great place to shop.

Sitting down there, and drinking tea during tea time was splendid. :)

Oh god, I'm so unfit now a days. That day we went out to One Utama, we played a little Softball at the batting cages and the next day, I had terrible muscle ache at my arms. The last time I played without doing any stretching, I didn't feel a thing!

Thank god I exercised a little this past few days by swimming and playing ping pong with my family! :)

Besides that, attending to my niece has also been a handful and quite exercising as well.

She wants to play Guitar Hero everyday, "OKAY".

She wants apple juice from the fridge downstairs, "OKAY".

She needs me to lift her 17kg weight body up so that she could see the bird nest outside my house, "OKAY".

She wants me to play ping pong with her, "SURE THING".

Oh, but I still love spending time with her. :D

Someone's birthday is coming reaaaaaal soooooooon! :)

Hmmm, she must be excited I bet. Hehe.

Alisha actually came over just to teman me watch The Notebook. I needed a friend to cry with but the movie wasn't really as sad as Titanic, so I didn't cry at all.

Sandy and Meryl came over to my brother's Bbq party with his friends coz I invited them.

We had half-cooked BBQ chicken each and sausages. We weren't experts in BBQ-ing so we couldn't tell whether the chicken was fully cooked or not. :S

We guitar hero-ed. Talk talk talk. And of course, took pictures!

We arrived the earliest so we waited for the rest to come.

I put on my headphones and blasted the music out loud and started my studying :D

Wooh! I'm back. Back in KL, I mean, Selangor? haha.
Melaka was kinda fun surprisingly.
It was great to see my uncles and aunties and cousins again.

AND... I got my camera back! Yipee! :D

Stayed at The Equatorial Hotel which is near Dataran Pahlawan, this really big new shopping mall in Melaka.

Then, went to this pub at the hotel and listened to the band.
There were three girls singing and they weren't that good.
All they did was shake their asses, that's all.
The people on the dance floor were more interesting than them.
I wasn't in the mood to join the dance floor because it was already 1.30 that time.
Yeah, I'm a decent girl who only parties until 12. :P

Ah, the last day of puasa is over!

I only have A pair of baju kurung to wear because we didn't have much time to shop for another pair.
Ugh, to make matters worse, my baju kurung is SHORT.
Stupid tailor. Isn't sewing clothes supposed to be your profession?
Then why aren't you good at it?
Why can't you follow the measurements you jotted down on your silly little notebook when you were measuring my body?
Is it SO HARD to sew a perfect pair of baju kurung?

Oh, I'm not going to let one short baju kurung bring me down tomorrow.
I'm gonna have a great time. I intend to forget the bad stuff and look on the bright side. :D

My papa and I filled rice in the ketupat today :D
Our hands were surrounded with wet rice which we enjoyed wiping on each others hands.
Muaahaha.

I got 10 bucks from my brother for helping him roll the carpets, get ready the mop and unroll the carpets back.

Think about it, 10 bucks just for rolling carpets and getting a mopping set ready!
How easy could that be? Haha.

Today,
mama and I got our hairs done! :D
Mama coloured her hair and I got a hair treatment.
My hair is now silky straight, shiny, smooth and soft! (woah the 5 s)

It took three hours to get our hairs done but it was all worth it.
